2. Client Engagements

Services described on this site (website development, web applications, automation, and related work) are provided under a separate written agreement or statement of work for each engagement. These Terms govern general site use; specific project terms, timelines, and pricing are defined in that agreement.

3. Product Subscriptions

Paid plans for our products (Cricket Clash, Telynall, Studisthan, Consisly, Gridstick, Ayori, and Penvara) are billed on a recurring basis as described on each product's pricing section. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial charge. Refund requests after this period are considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of DTverse Labs unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission. Code and deliverables produced under a client engagement are governed by that engagement's specific agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTverse Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.
